So many people have been requesting a quote request lately, and all of them have either wanted a simple 5 page website or a re-design of their existing site (because it is not getting enough traffic).

In both cases, it is obvious that people are wanting a return on their investment, but they are also on a very tight budget. Unfortunately, designing a website that includes proper SEO costs money. In addition, SEO is an on-going task.

Well, you wouldn't haul freight for free would you? I can't build a website that is going to bring in the traffic for free either. I build a website that looks good and has the information you want, but driving traffic to your site is really what SEO is all about.

So in thinking about all of this, I decided to write an e-book on SEO exclusively for the trucking industry. Just click on the link in the upper right that says "SEO Book". If you have your own site already, or if you choose to have someone local (and cheap) build your site - cool, but you should at least invest the $30 to make sure that your web designer follows the guidelines set forth in the book. Take 30 minutes get a brief overview, and you'll quickly begin to understand what truly goes into SEO, and what is different about trucking websites.

Short of going broke by designing websites for free, the E-book is really about the only thing I can think of to do for people in this economy.
